Given the prior eight game stretch, this tie felt more like a win but its disappointing that Tech gave up the 1-0 lead in the third. Sounded like Tech played well. I was a little worried about this being a bit of a let-down game after beating cornell the night before - thankfully not the case.

I would like to add that Colgate got pretty darn lucky. With about 6 seconds left in overtime, Nick Dodge got a breakaway, and a Colgate defender JUST got there in time to get his stick in front of Dodge and deflect the puck up into the net with 1 second remaining. We can't ask for a better person to get a breakaway in such a clutch situation, and my gut tells me if it weren't for that defender, he'd have beaten Dekanich.
