Appert in at RPI

In what will be the worst kept secret in college hockey, RPI will announce Friday the hiring of Denver assistant coach Seth Appert as the new head coach. Appert is a 1997 grad from Ferris State and has been with the Pioneers since 1997 first as the volunteer assistant coach then he was promoted to a full time assistant coach in 1999.
